Opt out of arbitration?

According to the License and Services Agreement, there is a procedure to opt out of arbitration in the General terms section 2. If it's there, it's invisible to me. Does anyone know how to do this? I'd appreciate any help. Thanks.

It didn't occur to me that that last line of General terms-2-d was the procedure involved. Certainly not crystal clear. I'll try that and thanks for your help.
