Option to Monitor/Warn/Block at a Category level rather than globally

I would like to be able to choose whether to monitor/warn/block at a category level rather than globally.

The current solution appears to allow me to 'block' or 'allow' at a category level, and then choose globally whether 'blocked' categories are simply monitored, warned, or blocked.

I would like to make the choice to monitor/warn/block at a category level.

For example:
Monitor: Art and Entertainment
Warn: Social
Block: Porn

Is there a way to do this today or a way to make this a feature request?
