Hello, I have no more space but plenty of space? My online Backup shows 70.86 GB and 4.61 GB backed up, but I pay for 140 GB of space. This happened before, I need you to purge what ever nonsense is clogging up my space.
If you want Norton to arrange the purge, you need to contact Norton Support. Nothing can be done over the forum. And the purge would only be of the complete backup. They cannot selectively purge your data. www.norton.com/contactcs
Are you using Norton Security Premium/with Backup? If so, you may be able to do this yourself. Using a Windows admin account, open Windows Explorer, Win Key + E, and click on This PC in the left pane, then double click on the Norton Backup Drive in the right pane. You can go through the files and folders there to see if there is un needed duplication. Any files/folders you want to remove, just right click on them and click delete. You could also do this with a complete backup if you wish.
