1, The overall localization of Norton products in China could be improved. Norton is a series of great products. However, it is strongly recommeded Symantec pay more attention to the Chinese market such as the enhancement of advertisement, making stars do fad. Besides, the back-up facilities in China could be extended. For example, to create the official forum in China like this which allows Chinese users to report problems, bugs and so on in an easier way. Also, it is suggested Symantec create the Chinese version of virus reporting and false positive reporting web page. Finally, It is often heard by some users that the process of dealing with threats in China takes too long period. We hope that Symantec could establish a threats database espectially for China in order to increase the speed of processing the Chinese local threats and improve the efficiency.

1. I feel sure Symantec is taking account of the potentially largest market in the world. I believe there is already a new arrangement established in conjunction with Tencent. Please could you rewrite or explain "making stars do fad".  I can see that a forum in Chinese might be a welcome addition, although as you already point out there is  kafan.cn which is considered the current forum for symantec discussion. I presume you feel the need for a Chinese language forum. I applaud your English by the way.
