It sounds like you purchased a new product key on 28/10/21 and entered it right away trying to renew your current subscription. And then you had an automatic renewal processed from your original subscription.
To get this sorted out you need to contact Norton Support. You can ask for a refund of the second payment. www.norton.com/contactcs
