Pairing an existing device with an existing child

Hi,

I have been using Norton Family for a couple of months already and somehow today when I checked, the tablet of my son is not assigned to him any more. So the tablet is still part of the devices, but it is not assigned to my son.

I would like to pair back my son and his tablet in Norton Family, but I didn't found any way to do this. Does anyone know how to do it?

Of course I could create a new device, but it is a bit overkill and what if it gets unpaired again in a few days?

Thank you for your help,

Olivier
