Parental Control of yourself

  I am the owner of Norton 360 subscription. I am also the person with an addiction that Parental Controls could handle. How is it possible to set up an account that my spouse could control. It would need to have its own Password. I cannot transfer the account to her name as she is disabled and not computer savvy. I would still need to run and input parameters for the rest of the system. It would be needed on Windows 10, kindle fire 10, android cellphone. Any ideas? Any and all help would be MOST appreciated
