Parental controls

I have one issue with Norton family that I was told by customer service to share in the community in the hope that norton will address and add it to the application. We can let our children install and uninstall certain apps and block certain apps. But I would love to be able to pick and choose certain apps to still be able to be used while my child's device is locked. For example they can call 6 emergency numbers but I would love for her to be able to text me in the middle of the night when she is not at home. So I would like messages to be able to be used while the phone is locked.

We do not support allowing texting app during lock as of today. We would however pass this request to our product management team.

I would like to add my grandsons x-box live to parental controls 4 hours a day.no specific time just 4 hours a day out of 24.. I need a phone number in case i need help setting this up

Currently we don't support monitoring and supervision of the Xbox gaming console. However, the Xbox mobile app can be monitored via Norton Family Parental Control App Supervision. Please refer to the following support document for further assistance in this regard.
