Parental controls stop working weekly on my kid's phone

Hello. I have posted about this previously but the conversation has expired. The time monitoring and alerts on one of my sons' devices continuously stops working. Every week I restart his phone and it seems to work for a day or two, and then it stops again. If someone can look they will see it shows him using his phone Monday this week and then not again, which is not accurate at all. This is on the LG phone. I also get no alerts from that phone since Tuesday. I have asked about this several times because it keeps happening. Please tell me if there's anything we can do to fix this. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to Norton Family forum.

As mentioned in the previous private message, can you check if all the required permissions are granted for NF App and it is not included in battery optimisation.

You can refer to https://www.lg.com/in/support/product-help/CT20150018-20150129262442 for information on battery optimisation in LG mobile.

JFYI, you can access your private messages by clicking on “Inbox” in the upper right corner of the public forum page. Your private messages will be listed under “Messages” tab. Click the subject of the message to read or reply to it.
