Partner Code

There is a screen within the Norton system because I have seen it request for me to enter my partner code but Norton has never supplied me with one.  I used to have my own Norton account when my spouse and I was separated but when we reunited we combined our membership into one.  This membership account then went under his & not mine so all my devices & stuff are there.  I am assuming that this partner screen is for the people that have their stuff under someone else's login ID and password.  It allows for them to be able to establish their own access without using that person's login ID and password to get into Norton to setup their vault and password information and to change device information when needed.

Maybe, you reached a Norton partner page: through search results link. 
for example: freenet

Please always enter ' my.Norton.com' (my dot Norton dot com) from your browser address bar:

and if you landed on a Norton partner page.  Please clear your browser cookies n' cache and then use 'my.norton.com' (my dot Norton dot com) from your browser address bar.

A partner code is only used if you are using Norton from a third party such as your ISP, who offer 'free' security with your subscription. 

If you have just purchased a Norton product from a retailer and have a product key, you do not use the partner code option. You just sign into, or create a Norton Account as necessary.
