pass codes not working

I am sure this is some kind of user error problem but I have tried to update my Norton software and I have actually paid for this 3 times in the last year, but when I get the code to update everything it never works. I feel now very frustrated because I have 3 computers all sending up warning flags about needing to renew Norton I have renewed Norton three times but none of them are working. I have spent over 200 dollars and continue to get messages. The irony is that if only one of them would have worked it would work on all theree computers!!!

Hi pdawalt.

Welcome to the Community.

I admire you perseverance!  It would probably help us if you told us what product you were using and if it is the same one that you are trying to update to e.g. is it Norton Internet Security or Norton 360?  Then we could get your enquiry moved to the correct forum to ensure that you get the best response.

However given that you have bought three products where you only apparently needed one then I would suggest that you try contacting Norton via the Live Chat link (which most find fast and helpful).  Explain to them what the problem is and they should be able to sort you out fairly quickly.

You should be able to contact Live chat via this link:-

Select your language, product and version then click to the next screen, then scroll down to the "Chat Now" button, click on it and tell them all your problems.

Whatever do come back and let us know what happens.

Hi

   Please goto your norton account -> sign in ->download and install the the Norton Product you had purchased -> It will activate automatically (no need to enter the pass codes/Product Key).
