By passing Norton Family block

My son has found a way to bypass the time supervision on his mobile A01 Samsung.  

When time is up and Norton boots he off, he press the Recent button and open the app in Multi Window, then he is able to gain access to any app that was open, just by clicking to open in pop up exhbition mode. 

Please, how can I solve this problem?

Hello,

We have addressed this issue in our latest version (5.8.0.12).

We noticed that some of your Android devices do not have latest version of Norton Family.

Please update to latest version and check if this issue still exists.

Hello,

Thanks for reaching out to the Norton Family forum.

During the curfew, apps will be blocked when viewed in both split-screen view as well as in pop-up view. Could you check if the Norton Family app has the Display over other Apps permission? Or you can go to the permissions screen on the Norton Family app and re-grant all the permissions if any was revoked.
