I occasionally generate some new passwords with Password Generator.
Would it be possible to make it more printer friendly?
I have to copy and paste into WORD, change font, increase font size and spacing. I then have scribble notes about which characters are 1 or l, 0 or O etc. Also usually make capitals clearer. It would be handy if this could all be done by the Password Generator and an idiot proof print-out produced ready for printing.

Generally a password that is generated is destined to be copy/pasted into whatever login page/entry it is for. So it would not normally be printed.
Having said that, I have asked this thread be moved to the Product Suggestions forum board.

With the longer passwords with a mixture of types of characters, I find I have to copy and paste somewhere that I can enlarge it because difficult to read off the screen in Password Generator. Normally it will have to be typed twice so it is easier to print in a larger font and make clear which are upper case, distinguish characters like "1" and "l" which are easily confused. Also I often might be changing several passwords so easiest to print off and keep a copy annotated with where used and have some spare ones for future use.

JMB99. As you mention WORD, I assume you have Office which includes EXCEL. If you go into Password Manager, Gear Wheel, Import/Export and export in CSV format, this will give you an Excel text document that can then be globally formatted for text size etc. Needs Landscape selecting, fit page width in Page Set Up & then Print. I actually Import to an Excel document as opposed to using the exported CSV text document which makes life a bit easier in as much it splits into columns as opposed to single line separated by commas (raw CSV)

I presume the reference to gearwheel refers to the version installed on the PC.
I was just pointing out that many people, like myself, must like (or need) a more readable version of the list of passwords so it could be incorporated more into the password generator.
The statement at the top of the password generator page ("Remember, the more options you choose, the more secure the passwords will be.") reminds me of something you often hear from IT people and security "experts" i.e. have a long password of random characters which you change frequently and do not write down! I doubt whether even they actually do that.
Perhaps one of the options on the password generator should be to exclude ambiguous characters like "1" and "l".

I assume you are using Password Manager after generating passwords which will then auto-fill for you, the above allows printing of a hard copy of them once saved to the cloud from with-in password manager. Password Generator is a one off random generator, should give different results each time.
If you require just a list of possible passwords, copy en-block all variations & paste into Word prior to selecting and saving to password manager

Maybe generally it's for copy and paste, but often we are on a different computer or cafe. I log into Password Manager on my phone to see the password I need to type into the site. I can't tell the difference between I, l, |, and 1. (That is an Uppercase "i", lower case "L", the pipe symbol, and the number one.) There are other numbers and symbols that are confused in the font that is used.
Product Suggestion? Allow users to select the font to use, or use a font with serifs such as Times Roman or Courier New, or some other font that can show the difference between the three characters.

If Norton doesn't understand a basic need to interpret passwords simply and correctly, then maybe it's time for me to change my vault/password generator?
I have to copy fonts to qualify passwords regularly from the Norton password generator, I do get all the comments above on methods that can be used, and I'm very proficient at copy methods, but why don't Norton just change password generators/viewers to a font like dejavu sans mono that seems to clearly differentiate the characters?
