Try logging in using the Admin account.
What exactly do you mean by Admin. account? I can change details on my account but can't change settings (ie. Firewall etc. ) on my PC.
You have to log in as an Administrator of your computer, not a user account..
Logged in using the Admin acc and still get wrong password when trying to change settings
You do not need to be logged into your Norton Account to change settings in your Norton Internet Security product. What error message are you seeing when you try to change settings? Can you post a screenshot of this message?
