password 'incorrect' to change safecam setting

My norton password works fine EXCEPT when I try to allow Google Chrome safecam access, or to adjust my backup set. HELP please.

Norton Settings require that you are logged into your computer using a Windows account with Administrative privileges. Using 'run as administrator' will not work.
