Password Manager

NPM wants to do a new set up.  Signing into vault was working yesterday.  Today, nada.

Yes, when you Sign Out - Norton presents the Set Up Your Web Browser screen for you to Sign In to your Norton account to access or set up your Password Manager vault.  Just click Next to reach Sign In page.

I have done all that.  Still getting the set up.

What else have you tried?
Cleared browser cookies n cache? 
Reinstall NPM extension?
VPN Off?  
Ad/content blocker Off?
Restart machine (Windows?)

Curious, what browser?  what OS?
