Password Manager ?

I previously used Password Manager to complete Online Banking login forms.

However my bank has now changed the format and instead of requiring the whole password, they now require selected random digits for logins.

Clearly the Password Manager is unable to deal with this huge complication and still tries to put all the digits into the boxes available. I have had to turn off all Password Manager auto-fill functions for this online bank.

Is there going to be a solution to this or will I have to find another Password Manager system?

Re: Password Manager ?

If a web site changes the process for logging in, Norton needs to be informed so they can adapt to the changes. From your browser, click on the Norton Password Manager icon at the right of the browser address bar. Then be sure the vault is open. Then click the icon again, then on the 3 dots at the bottom right. Then click on Feedback and submit the web site information.

Nortons is full of Liars, Thieves, Robbers, Scammers.  Why steal my hard earned money?!  Worse than what email scammers do.

Re: Password Manager ?

My Bank & Credit cards are the same but are not available to save. Credit cards you could save user name & stage one password, had to type in random letters from remembered password stage 2. This has recently changed so none of this is can be saved so each time have to type in 3 passwords then 2 random characters from memorable word. Most people seem to going this way for enhanced security so they say. Bank can web page can remember online account number (but not Norton) then have card reader where you have to type in PIN number which then generates two 4 letter codes which somehow registers with the bank to allow login. All this is not possible to save by Norton as it is constantly variable.
