Password manager conflicts with Charles Schwab website

With Norton Password Manager turned on in CHROME I cannot get Schwab website to do anything after logging in. Turning it off allows Scwab website to operate just fine. Schwab says that it is an issue with Norton Password Manager. I get a message that says "wait or close page". Can wait forever and never works. Windows 11.

Can Norton fix this problem> Have them check with Schwab about this.
