Password Manager iPhone App

Today the link that gives approval from my iPhone App to open the vault on each of my browsers has stopped working.
I have tried different browsers & resending the request but it does not work.
I can get into the App on my iPhone. I can log out & log back in on my iPhone. I can manually log in to the vault using my password on the browser, but the automated app approval has stopped working.
I have a windows 10 computer. I have Norton 360 on my computer.
There is no error message, just the usual message saying that request has been sent to my iPhone App to approve opening the vault.
Is there any other information required?
