PDF Architect - Norton Prevents Installation

I purchased this upgrade and had it installed on my computer at work.  That computer is a Windows 7 running McAfee Enterprise.

My computer at home is Windows 10 with Norton 360.  Already installed (without a problem) is PDF Architect 5.  Despite my efforts, when attempting to install, the PDF_Architect_7_Installer.exe says:

"The PDF Architect installation process was interrupted. Signature is invalid"

How do I get this thing installed?

Re: PDF Architect - Norton Prevents Installation

Can you post a screenshot of the error message? This does not sound like a Norton warning?

Re: PDF Architect - Norton Prevents Installation

All: I downloaded and clean installed the FREE version 7 without any issues on Windows 10 Pro x 64 version 1809 build 17763.437. No other version of the suite was installed prior. No prompts from Norton nor Windows. The OP may need to remove the prior version and install the newer as a possible solution. Conversely Windows may give a notice about installing apps/programs outside the Microsoft store as my systems do.
