Pending Payout

Crypto mining was a huge surprise to me as I wanted to mine anyways with my new computer. Mining worked great till my payout happened. Now iv had to reinstall Norton VIA support because it mines but my pending payout after the deposit doesnt seem to move or show increase. Hopefully this will resolve on its own for more payouts otherwise I will not use it. My computer can easily handle mining. Please help. Worked fine till first payout. now its barely budging. Mined all last night started at .000169 eth and it stayed that way.

Its not pending payments but UNPAID mining balance

Hi Gayathri, hopefully, I am not mistaken that Norton maintains their own mining pool and the Norton wallets.  As the Norton community mines, Norton takes a fee of 15% (no problem).  Norton also maintains the Norton Wallets which the "Pending Payout" should post in WITHOUT any gas fees or transfer fees (or maybe I'm confused on the architecture that Norton is using for the mining pool and the wallets).  Where I have seen fees is trying to transfer from my Norton wallet to my Coinbase wallet.  Notwithstanding that my pending payout is 0.004984501262 ETH, what is Norton's plans to correct this and resume payouts as they have done for the EAP community since June and the G/A community now.  Thanks!!

I've been mining for a couple of weeks. One day after about 10 days I suddenly showed an unpaid balance. But now, a week later, I show nothing happening with no balance. So Norton gets to use my computer but I don't get anything? Is this how it's supposed to work?
