Performance graphics is gone

When I select performance and get to the screen (diagram) where it shows latest installs and warnings about high usage of cpu or disk (the screen before the graph) there should be two vertical bars that show usage and also in figures in blue and yellow but the figures are gone and the bars are empty.

If i click again and go to the actual graph, then the graph itself works but not the bars and figures to the left. Also in the two preceeding pages the [Norton and System] performance indicators work (both the bars and the figures) with the percentage going up and down as expected. Last night I reinstalled Norton Internet Security and it started to work but after updating the definitions, it's broken again.

I don't think it's a big deal since the program itself seems to work perfectly fine but it's an annoying bug.

I'm running W7 Home Premium.
