I have a VoIP phone plugged into my Core and I am having QoS issues. How can I make the phone top priority--permanently. Sucks that I have to reset every 24 hours.
Jon. In your Core app you can select the value of 24 hours multiple times and give it device priority for more than 24 hours. You must click save then return to the 24 hour setting and save until you have a desired time length obtained. Core in its current form doesn't have a setting for making a device permanently priority.
I HOPE that in the not to distant future that feature will be added. There have a few that have already been presented to the Dev team via admins for inclusion. We haven't seen any of those implemented.

You are most welcome. I have again, made the issue with the team admin there are simple functionality issues which have not been addressed and more so; lingering since Core first became available. I no longer use Core myself for those reasons but will stay on top of developments and offer assistance here in the forums as always. Hoping someone listens to we the Guru's and most especially YOU the customers.
