Permission from Firefox to install Norton Password Manager

I am new to Norton and am trying to enable Password Manager. The instructions say I need to get permission from Firefox to allow this to happen, which I have done, over and over again. I am on a Mac using Mojave. But  still when I log on to Norton it shows that Password Manager is not enabled. I must be missing a crucial step or two. Please Help!

Re: Permission from Firefox to install Norton Password Manager

Hello George

You have to go to the Mozilla Firefox extension site and find and download the newest Norton Password Manager. Then you have to install and enable the extension. Make sure that the extension is good for your operating system. Also make sure you have the latest version of Firefox installed.

What are the various versions involved for Firefox and the Password Manager? Use an Admin. account to do all of this. I don't use a Mac or Firefox, so others may have to help out also.

Have a Good Night and

Thanks.
