Re: Phone Support Scam

You have definitely been scammed. Norton does not call users unless the user has requested this.

You have posted in the Mobile Product forum. Did this chat session take place on your mobile device, or a computer?

Re: Phone Support Scam

Hi Nissanka,

I have checked our records, and indeed Santosh has tried to get in touch with you. It appears on both December 11th and 12th you contacted Norton Customer Support about installing Norton Mobile Security on your phone and the connection was lost. They've been trying to get back in touch with you to help you solve your problem.

If you are uncomfortable talking to someone on the phone, you can also use Norton Chat at norton.com/chat
