PIN unavailable in password manager on Ipad

I have set and always used the PIN option in NPWM but for the last 2 weeks it just says "PIN is not available / Use PW".  I tried deleting the PIN and reentering it but once deleted I get a "Can't create PIN now" message. Any ideas???

I have the same problem on my android. Been happening for a number of days. I tried changing my pin, got the same errors.

Been using the pin for years... what's up, Norton?

Same problem on Android 12 OS. Samsung Galaxy Tab S6 Lite.

Did anyone figure out what was causing this? It just started happening to me this morning. The Tech support on the phone wasn't too helpful. He kept suggesting that I should be using the pin code to unlock my phone to unlock the password manager. That makes zero sense.

Don't know the cause and have not heard from Norton support yet. Mine stopped working for about 2 weeks and then just a couple of days ago it started working again.  Strange????

I have been logging in to Norton Password Manager with my PIN for 3 years.  All of a sudden it says "PIN access is unavailable now. Please use your vault password".  Then I enter the password and it states incorrect password.  I called tech support and they said the vault password cannot be reset - too bad so sad. They gave me no explanation as to why my PIN no longer works. This is not acceptable! From reading the previous posts, I will try daily and hope and pray it starts working again soon.

Same problem with androids-PIN hasn't worked for days in phone and today has stopped in tablet. Norton, we have a problem....

It’s still not resolved. I can’t set a pin on my iPad and even when I had one it frequently didn’t recognize the correct pin.
