pixel.mathtag.com trys to install js.js.

I have recently begun to see a popup pixel.mathtag.com asking me to install js.js. which I hit cancel - but Norton does not see it as malware. How can I get this off my PC?

google search render lots of sites offering CRAP Tools to fix...along with
