PLEASE HELP

I just bought Norton Security online and having problems downloading it. So I had a free trial and today bought Norton. After I downloading it told me i need to put in my activation key. When I clicked it a message told me saying it failed to connect to the server. I have tried uninstalling it and even using the Norton Removal Tool. Everything seems to fail. Please Help.

Do you now or have you ever had another security program on your computer? If so, you will have to remove it with the removal tool for that program before installing Norton.

What operating system are you using?

Have you tried again? Sometimes there can be temporary server issues. Especially in the middle of the night in North America, when server maintenance can be done.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hello

Did you have a trial NS and then bought NS. Did you try to download NS again? If you have the trial version of NS, all you have to do is enter the new NS key into the trial version of NS. Have I understood your problem correctly?

Do you suspect that your computer has malware? That may cause problems also.

Success always occurs in private and failure in full view. Windows 10 Pro 64 bit Norton Core Security Plus 22.17.3.50 Core Firmware 282 I E 11 Chrome latest version.
