I also am having  problem with a client's website http://jimmysbackyardbbq.com. I've tried to verify ownership by using the meta tags, keywords and uploading the html file and nothing works. I've submitted feedback on more than one occasion with NO response from anyone.  There is nothing wrong with this site!  PLEASE FIX IT NOW!

You now have 3 or 4 threads or different posts about the same website.

Did you respond to me in your thread in which I gave you the instructions to follow?

If you spread your answers in different threads, it makes it hard to follow and keep track of where you are in the process. I do not do the verifying and evaluating od the websites. The Safe Web Team has 2 weeks to get the process done. Sometimes delays happen and I have no control over that. I am another Community Customer as you are. I can see that my messages were not picked up on Sunday night. I do not know why they were not picked up. All I can tell you is to continue to check back until you see a response from them.
