Hard drive died. Replaced it and installed Norton. I can see the backup set from the dead hard drive on the Norton web page, but the new hard drive is generating a separate backup set. Is there some way to point the new hard drive to the old hard drive backup set so I can download it? I can download from the web page, but only one file at a time.

Install your Norton 360 on the new drive. Then open the Backup feature and click on Restore. In the From tab, click on Secure online Storage. From there you should find your backup set from the old computer. Choose that backup set and then finish the restore settings to get the files back on the new hard drive.

Thanks, it worked. The main issue may have been that although Norton launched after install on the new hard drive and could see my computer, I had not logged into my Norton account. Multi-hour restoration currently running. Thanks!
