Poor abilty to chat
I have been trying to chat with norton chat and nothing happens?

Norton services are showing UP across the board as does Amazon services. The chat button doesn't work on my end as well. What region/country are you located?

I Sign'd In to my Norton account -> Chat Now ->
I click'd "Manage my account" -> "Something else" and type'd "Live Agent" until ChatBot Kate reply: "transferring you to a specialist for further assistance".
