poor customer servise

poor customer care service. failure to help me. I think I lost my money to this company's product.

a) can't understand customer service rep.

b) I have to repeat info. several times

c) could not find account...next rep. found but could not help

d) will not renew account

e) could not get refund if canceled within 60 days...problem occurred after 60 days

f) spent 45 min. on phone...chat never replied

Please share "problem" that Support could not help?

I'm in the same boat.  I had a chat that lasted over 3 hours last night.  First rep was OK.  Second rep, L2 support, was total waste of time.

This is not my first rodeo and it was the worst CS experience I have ever had.

I filled out the survey, but I am very hesitant to start a new chat because of the amount of time I wasted.  

I do have a workaround to my issue that I figured out myself, so I thought I was doing Norton a favor by identifying the issue.
