Previous Network npon-existent wired devices

I have two devices showing on previously on your Network that have been on the network in over a month.  Both of these devices were previously connected wired.   They show online, connected wired, and no usage time today or the last 30 days.  One is my son's PS4 which hasn't be connected since January 8 when he went back to college but it still shows on the previously on your network and the other is my wife's work laptop and the only time that one was connected was back when there was problem with the DNS server that I needed to connect to the Core directly.  She always connects wirelessly.  All wireless connected devices have dropped out of the previously on your Network after 30 days.  I'm on IOS app 1.27 and firmware  229.

Re: Previous Network npon-existent wired devices

Hello MannyT Give your Core a "restart", not a reset. Check again for the devices still showing. iOS Core app needs an update since its on version 1.27 and hasn't been updated of late. I'll follow this and help with a resolution short of a factory reset. That MAY be the solution as a last resort. Wiping all your data, removing the Core from your account and starting from scratch sometimes is the only solution. Hopefully things won't go down that road.

I had done a "restart" and it didn't affect anything.  You are correct the IOS app hasn't been updated in a while. Is not a big bother I was just wondering if anybody had noticed this problem.

Re: Previous Network npon-existent wired devices

MannyT The next step would be to factory reset the Core and remove it from your account thus not allowing the old settings to download to the Core again. Albeit that would be a PITA it would correct the issue. I had a similar issue some time ago which corrected itself on its own. The creature feature to add the ability to manually remove devices previously connected has been sent to the dev team as well.

Re: Previous Network npon-existent wired devices

SoulAsylum I'm not going to the PITA of resetting just to remove the devices. I believe that we should have a button to remove devices but also this is a bug and it needs to be fixed.   The wired devices should still not reported as being "online" on the last seen setting "bug".  Symantec should fix the bugs with the Core and we shouldn't have to reset to factory to fix bugs.  The reason I reported this is so Symantec is aware of the bug and not to have to Reset the router.  Like I said it doesn't bother me enough to reset.
