printing CSV file in Excel

I have exported my information from Identity Safe Vault and saved it on my PC in a CSV file. I opened Excel and imported the file. How do I fix it so Excel puts the data in alphabetical order as it is in the vault? All I have is data with comas between in with the most important part of it being last in the thread and it is all jumbled up. I just want it to be the site name, URL, log on, password, optional info field. The site name should be first and in alphabetical order.

I just want a printed version of my passwords to put away for safekeeping should something happen to me and no one can access my phone or computer.

Is there a way to print this out so it makes sense to the reader? Thanks
