Printing with VPN not working

When I try to print from ANY app while Norton 360 VPN is turned on, it says there is no printer or otherwise cannot print.  After I turn off the VPN, prints just fine.  Turn VPN back on, no printing.  It was suggested that I add my printer software to the "Split Tunnel" section of the VPN Settings.  That didn't help.  Any suggestions would be great.  I have to get ready to print, go to Norton 360 and turn off VPN, print, then go back to Norton 360 and turn VPN back on.

I do not have that problem on my Notebook Computer only on this HP Envy 700 computer.

Any Suggestions would greatly be appreciated.

Re: Printing with VPN not working

Hello. A solution from another thread may offer you some suggestion for a possible solution. Add the apps, individually, to the split tunneling as was suggested in your other thread.
