I am unable to log into Password manager which is part of Norton safe web + on my MAC I get the above screen. This has been happening all evening.
it also shows an error when opening through the extension in Firefox
It works ok on my iPad and iPhone. When will the problem be fixed?
Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.5
Norton Safe Web 1.3.3
Firefox 99.0.1

I am also having this problem ... I followed the instructions to shut down and restart, but still cannot access the password manager ... please advise.

Same issue - cannot login in to Norton Password manager !!!!!!!! Basically knocks you out of Norton Password manager after 5-7 seconds.
And, on all machines: Windows 10 and Windows 11.

This is a routinely encountered problem which leaves me without access to websites I need to access in a timely fashion. Due to a series of strokes twenty years ago I have had to rely on Norton Password Manager to "remember" my passwords. Now, if Norton glitches, I'm unable to access my passwords offline. After over two decades of absolute satisfaction with Norton, I'm ready to bail and will take 10 paid licenses with me. Restore our desktop offline access to the Password Manager or I, and many others, will simply have to go elsewhere.

Same problem, cannot access Password Manager through MS Edge, Google Chrome, iPhone or iPad. Removed and re-installed extension in Edge, no luck with that either.

I'm having the same issue in Chrome and Edge browsers since yesterday - tried updating browsers and re-installing extension but still cannot open PWM. It's OK on my mobile device

Yes, problem solved, but unhappy with lack of transparency on the problem, which caused me and a lot of others to waste a lot of time trying to troubleshoot issues on our end.
