Problem Retrieving Files

I am trying to retrieve files from a previously backed up system using the allowance provided in Norton 360, but although I see the files I can't retrieve them.  A message comes back saying that no files are backed up for this computer.  Why would that result especially when I can see the files there?  I am using Windows 7 and IE9

How are you trying to do the restore - via the main Norton 360 interface, Norton Drive or via the website http://nobu.backup.com/n360? 

Do you have more than one data set visible for restore?
