Problem w/new NPW

I recently responded to Norton's offer to upgrade my NPW to simplify my experience. I've not been able to direct connect with this NPW since it's release. The old NPW was so simple to use; this new one is not, at least for me. When I open the new NPW, it gives me all the url information but there's no button to "go to" my selected website. I've been in an endless loop of frustration since the new release. What am I doing wrong. Can I go back to the old PW?
