Problems with device page on Norton website after installing Norton Core router

After Installing Norton Core Router and seeing that my Internet protection was extended until Jan/2019, My Norton webpage now says Issue found on my device under devices page. It reads "Issue Found" after that it states my trial offer has expired. Talked to a Norton Employee on Chat and he was not able to Correct it on the page. Not a big deal except when I found this at the same time I noticed my norton internet security was turned off and no longer managing Windows firewall....? I tried using product key code from my Norton Core Security plus and it didn't work. Thinking internet security may shut down again. If a Norton expert cannot fix this who can?

Re: Problems with device page on Norton website after installing Norton Core router

I have the same situation. The device page in my Account shows  "An issue found" in that my windows computer is running Norton Security Premium Trial Version. The rep on the phone took control of my computer, deleted the device; uninstalled Norton Security Premium, reinstalled Norton Security Premium (thus losing my backup sets}. and activated the software. Still my device page showed "An Issue Found".

After all of that processing, a supervisor joined the conversation, and told the rep helping me that the trouble was really  a Server Problem on their end. Great communication amongst the Norton personnel!!

So, I am assuming that the Issue will eventually be corrected when Norton Servers are back in working order. Oh, what an adventure!!
