Protected devices don't show up in Device Security of ? of 10 Devices Protected

I recently updated to the latest version of Norton Security with Backup, and have 7 of 10 devices with Norton loaded on them. However, only 5 of the 7 devices are showing up on my subscription page, and no matter what I try, I can't get my subscription page to recognize them. I have tried logging off and back in, uninstalling and reinstalling the software on the devices, and nothing seems to work/

Help, someone.

Thanks.

What devices are missing? I have a mobile device not showing. I have escalated this to my Norton contacts who have noted they are working on a fix.

It appears to be related to the update to the Norton Account website.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.

Hello Russell. Make sure remote management is enabled on all the devices in Norton settings and reboot them. Log OUT of your Norton account then back in. Recheck to see if they are all presenting themselves.

Cheers

Both devices are iPhones. One is a 6s Plus and the other is a X. I have also been getting warnings that Norton is discontinuing Norton support for the iPhone app in April. Any idea what’s up with that?

I don’t see where to adjust such a setting in my version of Norton. Where is this section you show found? I can remember it from previous versions, but can’t find it in this most recent release. Please walk me through where to find the settings. Interestingly, it is only my two iPhones (a 6s Plus and a X) that are not showing up. My LG shows up fine, as do my laptops (three of them).

Open Norton from your system tray icon. At the top click "settings", in the next dialog click and open "administrative settings". Scroll down the list and slide the slider next to it to ON. Make sure to reboot.

If you have Norton installed on the iPhones this may be the reason for it not showing. Norton Mobile indeed will reach end of life in April. The product to replace it can be found here. I would remove the old version from you iOS devices, reboot them and install the new version. Then see if they appear on your account.

And here is a link to the EOL announcement for the Norton Mobile Security for iOS devices.

Having said that, as I noted above, my iPhone 6s is not showing in my Norton Account, even with the new Norton Security for iOS installed and running on it. Norton is working on this.
