try Task Manager > Norton LiveUpdate > End Task

I tried that earlier, just keeps running.Even did a hard shutdown, turned back on, still running. Someone else said just let it run, will probably give me an Update Failed message but at least it will be done. Guess I'll just wait.

I would try a Norton Remove and Reinstall of your Norton product. If that doesn't help, then I would recommend Customer Support. Please read the warning before use of NRnR
