Q re NIS passwords

I am having problems with my computer.  I want to send it to repairs but I am concerned about the various passwords I used before I installed NIS 2013 and after.  If I take to a reputable company which I will, can I protect the various information that is dispersed throughout my computer?  If so how do I do that.  Also I have questions below

To make it clear to me I need one password for norton online.

We need a second password to log into our vault.

We need a third password to log into the community?

Hi,

I would back up all of my data and password files to an external drive or to a secure online backup service before the computer leaves my hands.

I would then delete everything that the computer repair people do not need to make their repairs. When the computer returns and I've verified that all is well I would reload my sensitive data and passwords.

answers:

Your MyNortonAccount and your vault share your username and password

The community username and pasword are separate and, for security purposes, yours, they should not be the same as your account and vault
