Question on Norton Internet Security

Yes I am referring to Norton Internet Security not Norton Security.

This has probably been asked a bazillion times- Does Norton still support Norton Internet Security? I have the the latest version 22.16.2.22  and I just want to know if there are any plans for norton to stop supporting Norton Internet Security? I just renewed and they had it as a renewal. I know that its basically the same now as Norton Security. I just rather keep renewing it as long as it is still valid and supported. thanks.

Re: Question on Norton Internet Security

As I posted in another of your threads. As you have kept your NIS product up to date, it is functionally identical to the newer Norton Security products.

Norton is still allowing renewals for NIS, but you can no longer purchase a new NIS product. And it will restrict you to the number of devices originally allowed by the NIS subscription. Usually 3, and no mobile product support. And if you are doing product renewals, they are usually more expensive than purchasing a new product at renewal time.

If you moved to the new Norton Security Deluxe product, you would probably pay less and will have support for 5 devices. And you will be able to protect any mobile devices you have.

Things happen. Export/Backup your Norton Password Manager data.
