A question for Symantec…

Dear Symantec,

I have a question that’s been troubling me for a while now.  All of these online vaults that are being created in your cloud storage that subsequently become inaccessible by the users who’ve created them...  What becomes of those vaults (and the content there in)?  Do they just hang around in the ether for eternity?  I’ve seen near countless postings of individuals who have given up on a vault because they can no longer access it – some of those users create a new account/vault to replace the one they can no longer access (and some users loose access to that new creation as well…)  But what happens to all those orphaned vaults and all that information?

Kind Regards,

John

Hi John note this     However, for the Firefox 18 release, the patch for that update will only be supported on the Norton 2013 products.  This is in the announcement for the firefox toolbar update released yesterdaythe link is here  http://community.norton.com/t5/Norton-Toolbar-Norton-Identity/Firefox-17-Support-for-Norton-Toolbar/td-p/853416    read the last sentence about no support for firefox18 in  for 2012 products!!  ALF60

Wow, nice catch ALF60! I missed that. Hoping not to hijack this thread, but I can hear the outcry building already. This is not going to be popular.

New CEO, New Symantec…  Decision making of late reeks with the stench of an Intuit mindset…
