Quiet mode let's my son stay on computer forever?

Even if the time limit is reached, all the program does is log him off once. When he logs on again, bam he's free to do anything he wants again. All it says is "Quiet Time" and it doesn't even budge to stop him from doing MSN messenger etc.

PLEASE HELP

Hi boboman911,

Please make sure Time Supervision is On at Settings -> Time  and "Automatically lock XXX's computer" is selected under "What to do when XXX's computer time limit has been reached"

Thanks,

Katie

Re: Quiet mode let's my son stay on computer forever?

I have the same problem with my daughter.  I have made sure that the "disable computer" is set, and she is still online all night.  The clocks appear to be synchronized (ours and Norton's)   I'm running the most up to date version of Norton, and Windows 7.  Any further advice?

Hi sapphirescarlet,

Could you uninstall/reinstall Norton Safety Minder to see if it helps?

Thanks,

Katie

Thanks Katie
