Quit Claim Deed Protection

I am looking for protection from someone filing a false quit claim deed on my home. When that form is filed, you are not notified since you are (supposedly) the owner signing your home to another. I have been hearing this is happening more often. I reached out to the county and they are not responsible, they are only responsible for publishing all your information on your home. They then accept the quit claim deed and file it publicly. Meaning, each home owner would have to check constantly on the county website for this fraud.
