I'm up to date with my subscription but cannot access my tool box and associated security options like file shredder. . I followed all the recommended options. I deleted Utilities Premium and re-loaded it as suggested. Nothing works. Trying to get in touch with technical assistance is like getting a root canal at the dentist. Please fix this issue or lose it!

It looks like the new patch solved the problem. I don't need to re-install the program every time I turn on the computer on. YEAH...!
I like the new graphics.
