Received a cancellation message from Norton 360 - did not cancel

I have received multiple scam messages warning me that my N360 subscription was about to expire or had expired, or that I had made a payment that needed attention. I ignore all of them. Today I got a notification on my Android phone from the Norton 360 app (that is confirmed) that simply says "Your subscription has been canceled". I did not click on the notification but I logged into the norton.com website and my subscription is current and valid through December 2022. I successfully did a live update.
What do I do about this notification. It looks genuine but it is clearly wrong.
