Recent TurboTax files not backed up by Norton Cloud Backup

After checking my backup to make sure all files were backed up I learned that my turbotax files (extension .tax2022, .tax2021, .tax2020, .tax2019) are not backed up.  Norton cloud backup selects files based on extension, but does not have an option to backup all files regardless of extension.

Files with .tax2019, .tax2020, .tax2021 and .tax2022 are not backed up unless you add those extensions manually (your last 4 years of tax documents).  Extensions .tax2008, .tax2009.... through .tax2018 are included in Norton backup.

Two questions:

1. How to set Norton Cloud Backup to back ALL files regardless of file extension (thereby getting all turbotax files backed up)?

2. What other files are being skipped because their extensions are not on Norton's list?

Also, I found a post on the forum for this same problem in 2012, when norton only backed up .tax2008 and .tax2009.  Adding a feature to allow all file extensions to be backed up would solve this problem permanently.

Hell tc885. Have you reviewed this Norton article? It should give you the instructions regarding adding files and folders to your backup.
