Norton Refunds
Norton products (including subscriptions and Automatic Renewals) may be refunded within 60 days of the purchase date. Shipping, handling, and any applicable tax are not refundable except in certain states and countries where these items are refundable.

NORTON forces automatic subscription renewal! I cancelled it but it still renewed. I contacted them and got a refund - but it's been weeks and still no refund!!
Also I purchased Norton Utilities Premium, but it is disabled "because I cancelled automatic renewal". The subscription is still active, but the product is disabled!!!
I am switching to a company that has business ethics.
